Wedding and large orders: 

• 30% deposit on custom orders over 50 cookies, balance is due 2 months before the wedding
• On orders under 100 pounds payment is required upfront
• Cookie orders may not be changed or added to after the balance is paid. Subject to availability and additional charge will be added.
• Cookie quantities can be increased, subject to availability but not decreased.
• Customer is responsible for providing all cookie designs via an order form or email. 
• Pictures and preview of cookies are not available.
• Deposits are non refundable, but may be transferred to another order ( case by case)
• Cancellation after final payment deadline, means the full payment remains due.
• Delivery fee is additional cost and calculated based on quantity. Typically one dozen is approx. five pounds 
• All products are made in a kitchen that handle potential allergens including dairy, eggs, gluten and nuts. 

Other orders:

• Full payment is required upfront before any order preparation begins.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.
• Please provide at least [30 DAYS] for LARGE custom orders.

• Once an order has been completed or collected, refunds will not be provided.
